The database is a part of our method where you document your employees skills. This helps your company to
raise the value of you Human Resources.

The method registrates the skills and experience from your employees. To test the reliability of these
values can only be messured by someone that knows the area and therefor must be done by yourself. After
registration we hand you the tools to analyse the available competence and help you find improvement
opportunities.
The improvent opportunities for each employee can be stored in this database as well for i.e. annual
discussion.
